Here are two delicious Valentine’s Day cocktail recipes to share with your galentines or with your valentine this V-day.

Valentine’s Day cocktails are some of my favorite drinks to create. And yes, it may have something to do with the fact that they are pink and over the top. These two Valentine’s Day cocktail recipes are adorable, festive, and did I mention – delicious?

Valentine’s Day Cocktail Recipe #1

Valentine's Day Cocktail, Conversation Heart Martini

Conversation Heart Martini

Our first Valentine’s Day cocktail recipe is a stunner. She is as yummy as she is cute – the Conversation Heart Martini! This drink is actually quite easy to create. The cocktail itself is only four ingredients!

Grab some vanilla frosting and conversation hearts the next time you are at the grocery store. I am using pink Funfetti vanilla icing, because of course I am! Add a dollop of the icing to your place and carefully rim your glasses in it. Next, grab your conversation hearts. Carefully start adding them to the rim of your glass. They should stick easily! Once you have the hearts lining the entirety of the glass’s rim, pop it in the fridge to help them set while chilling your glass.

Now grab a shaker and we’ll start on the drink itself. You’ll need 1.5 ounces of vanilla vodka (I love Stoli or Van Gogh Vodka for this recipe), followed by 1 ounce of white chocolate liqueur. Then you can add 1 ounce of heavy cream (feel free to substitute this for a dairy-free option like oat creamer). Finally, add ¾ ounce of strawberry syrup! Any fruity syrup will be delightful in this recipe, though, so use what you have on hand.

Shake this with ice for 15 seconds before straining it into your conversation heart-rimmed glass. I will admit that I drank mine through a straw so as to not mess up my beautiful glass!

Valentine’s Day Cocktail Recipe #2

Valentine's Day Cocktail, strawberry spritz

Strawberry Spritz

The next recipe is a delicious twist on a classic. This Strawberry Spritz is great any time of year, but the addition of mini strawberry hearts make it perfect for Valentine’s Day. No shaker needed for this drink, we are going to build it right in our glass!

To make my strawberry hearts I sliced the tops of my strawberries off, then placed them upside down (where the top was cut off) onto my cutting board. I then cut each strawberry into thirds or fourths depending on how large they were. I used a small heart-shaped cookie cutter to punch hearts into each of these strawberry slices.

Fill your glass about ⅓ of the way with ice. Then stick a few heart-shaped strawberries to the glass, filling it with more ice as you go to help them stay in place. Continue doing this until you have the amount of strawberry hearts you desire in your glass!

To build the cocktail, add 4 ounces of prosecco to your glass. Then go in with about 1 ounce of strawberry syrup, followed by 2 ounces of Aperol. Adding your ingredients in this order will evenly distribute them throughout the drink – so you don’t have to stir it and disturb your strawberries! Finally, top this will a splash of strawberry soda, I am using a strawberry-flavored Spindrift for this.

Garnish with another strawberry heart, and enjoy! For more festive recipes, follow me on Instagram and Tik Tok. You can find another Valentine’s Day cocktail recipe here.
